|Please send us your purchase order by email or fax. Or you can ask us to send you a proforma invoice for your order. (Or Register with Chinagiftcompany for free,And Log in your Chinagiftcompany account.) We need to know the following information for your order:
* Shipping information - company name, street address, phone number, fax number, destination airport or sea port, transportation method ( by courier, by air or by ocean container)
* Product information - model numbers, quantity, unit price
* Delivery time required
* Freight payment ( by collect or prepay )
|2. How could I get samples? TOP|
|We supply free samples if the total value under 5 US dollars .If you have a DHL or UPS account or other courier freight collectable account and agree to pay the courier freight.
If the total value of samples is more than 5 US dollars, we'd like to ask you to pay for the samples and courier freight. We will send the samples to you after receipt of your payment.
If you don't have an courier account, you can send your courier to collect samples from our company. Or,send us the samples charge together with the courier cost by T/T.
|3. Can i prtint my logo on your products?TOP|
|Yes ! We recognize the importance of promoting a corporate identity in today’s busy marketplace. To assist you, we will imprint your company’s logo for an additional charge. All custom logos require clear camera-ready art. Photocopies, colored ink, paper or raised printing cannot be reproduced. See instructions for camera ready art below.
Please specify where we should locate your logo. If you don’t specify a location, your logo will be placed at the discretion of our artists.
|4. What is a Custom Logo Charge?TOP|
|A custom logo charge is necessary to prepare a logo or graphic you submit to us to be imprinted on a product.|
|5. What file formats do you accept? TOP|
|Vector artwork such Adobe Illustrator (.AI or .EPS), Corel Draw (.CDR), and Macromedia Freehand (.FHX) in PC or MAC platform is preferred. We request that any type be converted to outlines (curves) before sending.
High quality/high resolution files such as Adobe Acrobat (.PDF), .TIFF or Adobe Photoshop (.PSD) may also be acceptable. We ask that these files be sized to 100% or larger than the actual imprint size, and at least 600 dpi. PC or MAC platform.
Other acceptable file formats include, but are not limited to, Microsoft Word (.DOC), PageMaker (.PMD), PowerPoint (.PPT) , and low resolution/quality files such as.JPEG, .GIF, or. BMP.
Depending on the size and quality of the image, we may or may not be able to use images or logos saved from a web site.
These are guidelines only and not all files submitted with these extensions are guaranteed to work. Each project will be handled on a case by case

For small quantity or weight less than 20 kgs, sent usually by courier.
